On Friday 28th February, Shuko Oda from the much-loved Japanese udon bar Koya will kick the series off, bringing with her a menu that combines authentic Japanese techniques and flavours with seasonal British ingredients. Shuko will work with Oli to create a number of dishes inspired by her Japanese roots and comprehensive travels across the world.
